For 2026 OSROA is partnering with the same six hotels as 2025. All six properties are within easy walking distance of each other and the conference center. All offer complimentary parking and daily breakfast included with your stay. None of the posted prices includes the lodging tax, which is currently 14.5%.
We recommend making reservations early to ensure your lodging for the conference. All hotel contracts include cutoff dates when they start to offer rooms in our block to the general public. Seaside is a tourist town and our conference occurs during peak travel season.
At the bottom of the page, we have the Best Western Plus as our overflow hotel. If everyone else is booked up, or you just want to be a little closer to the sand, they have a standard deal where attendees of events at the Convention Center get 10% off.
Rivertide Suites is offering several room configurations for OSROA attendees... from junior studio suites to bigger 1-bedroom suites to the biggest 2-bedroom suite.
