OSROA is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with our bylaws. Elections are conducted annually at our School Safety Conference. Board members serve 2-year terms. The OSROA membership votes for some positions in odd-numbered years and the others in even-numbered years. You can contact any board member by sending an email to: contact.osroa@yahoo.com.

President: Mike Jackson is an SRO with the Medford Police Department. Mike has been on the OSROA board for five years.

Vice President: Rick Puente is an SRO with the Woodburn Police Department. Rick has been on the OSROA board for five years.

Secretary: Brian Hunter was an SRO with the Keizer Police Department prior to his retirement. Brian has been on the OSROA board for seven years.

Treasurer: Mark Patterson is an SRO with the Medford Police Department. Mark has been on the OSROA board for three years.

Region 1 Representative: Because Danny Gill has retired and moved out of Region 1, this position is currently vacant. We will be electing a new Region 1 Rep at the 2017 conference. This person will represent Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, Washington and Yamhill Counties.

Region 2 Representative: Jay Prall is an SRO with the Keizer Police Department. Jay has been on the OSROA board for two years and he represents Benton, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion and Polk Counties.

Region 3 Representative: Mike Anselmi is an SRO with the Eagle Point Police Department. Mike has been on the OSROA board for two years and he represents Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath and Lake Counties.

Region 4 Representative: Greg Larrison is an SRO with the Canby Police Department. Greg has been on the OSROA board for two years and he represents Clackamas, Hood River, Multnomah, Sherman and Wasco Counties.

Region 5 Representative: Jeff Coffman is an SRO with the Prineville Police Department. Jeff has been on the OSROA board for eight years and he represents Baker, Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Jefferson, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa and Wheeler Counties.

School Representative: Aaron Luksich is an Assistant Principal at North Medford High School. Aaron has been on the OSROA board for two years.
